1972 P Lincoln Cent Error

I found about a doz of these in some rolls I was looking through, anyone know what caused this? There are raised lines on the "I" and the "N" and the E in we has indentions on both sides, plus the B & R in liberty have indentions and raised lines as well. These pics are from a couple different coins.

Seeing a lot of different things, last pix W is die chip upper left leg, others appear to be the start of a filled die...they tend to fill side to side in creavases, esp. 1st polishing. Now the N in fist pix is interesting. Nice pix BTW, what's on top...strike thru? or die cracks?

That year had a lot of master die doubled dies. They were from all three mints. Making up a larger percentage of the cents that year. So it is a common Master doubled die. No premium for them though.

Thanks. The I & N look embossed with smaller "squared off" straight lines, you can see were they don't match up on the corners of the N.
