It's a DDR alright. There are several 1960 doubled die proofs.
I think you have WDDR-014

Am I the only one who doesn't see the doubling on this coin?

nfine, focus on the serifs. They are some of the fattest I've ever seen on the reverse lettering on a Jefferson.

No I see it nfine. It's actually tripled die up in E PLURIBUS UNUM if it is the one I think it might be.
I was looking in my book but whoa ... check out this page

I think this is the die marker for the DDR-023 but light spread with extra thickness doesn't seem to match my EPU doubling.

Honestly, I think it looks the most like the WDDR-034 as far as comparison of the doubling. Mine looks like a later die state if so.

I think we must be looking at different sets of pictures coop lol. The thickness of serifs look most like those of the WDDR-034. No way that much thickness is minor. They are as thick as Big Macs for crying out loud.

The 1960 WDDR-034 is a strong doubled die.

Drop down to WDDR-034. Note the first image. The doubling enlarges the bottom of the devices.
A closer view of your coin might reveal the differences. Try making a side by side with the same devices rotated to the same size? That would show more on how close your coin is to this die number.

Here are an image from the PCGS web site that are very large:

Here is some hub doubling that should be present if it is this same die:

The devices on the outside edge get affected more by die wear, but the center hub doubling remains more intact longer. So if you see this hub doubling, it maybe this die. If not, then it maybe another die. I just can't tell from the images provided so far. But it does look stronger than the first images showed me.

Okay, here's some closer shots of "cents." Still looking worn to me but what do you think?

I'm not sure if it is that die or not. It maybe a different one. You might want to ask Brian about this one to see what he thinks? The fields are not showing that much die wear, so I still question if it is that die or not?
