Thanks John - I appreciate it - Wasn't very confident in it either but thought I should ask.

Rich - Sure there are on Wexler's but you can also check on C.C. or V.V.

No listings for 1974-S on Wexler's.

1973 may have been the last year for business strikes in SF

The 1973-S might have had that mark on the 3 as part of the design that year?

Great pic coop - It would seem so - I didn't have any other ones to compare it to except some really worn coins. Mine seems to be a bit stronger but that is probably the MD. As I originally mentioned I wasn't too confident because the spread was pretty much N/S which is not something that I am used to seeing. It is pretty cool how they made the "9" on this 1973 it gives it some character.

I looked up the info for the S minted business strike LC's.

Thanks Newbie - I am really not so good at them either. I probably pass by more of them than I catch :(
