I never really focused on cobs so I don't know too much about them. Is this one a sea salvage? Quote: PCGS just has it as PR62 -- apparently they didn't notice the hairlines/harsh cleaning. Your example may show some hairlines (very noticeable on all proofs) but I don't know if I'd say this one was harshly cleaned.
