I couldn't find any examples of this coin but it sure looks like doubling. I'll take more pics later if there is a reason to, depending on what the experts say.

OK, here we go. Look at the numbers:

#1 Die gouge inside the letter, die clash? possibly not polished away.
#2 Signs of abraided (polished) die, possibly clashed, most likely VLDS
#3 separation due to die wear(metal flow) where metal is moving outwards stretching the devices
#4 This is MD, Machine Doubling, on both Date and MM in same direction, devices reduced in size.
#5Separation again due to metal fatigue/die deterioration.

The 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling issues.
