Looks like it's been cleaned/polished, to me. Still some grime between the letters and next to the eagle... probably knocks it down a notch but not sure..

Its done it's duty in circulation. It is a common date. The real value is the silver it contains. Value of the silver depends on the "spot" price. The spot price tends to change daily, or many times in a day.
