Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me. It was caused by a worn out die. Your coin looks like it's in a Very Late Die State. No added value for this. Worth face value.

There is also a little evidence of split plating that exposes the zinc underneath. That also makes that area rise. No premium for this.
