Help Identifying Islamic Coins - Coin Community Forum

coin_noob New Member Philippines 4 Posts	Posted 05/11/2018 01:41 am Hi, I tried doing some research on these coins but I'm really having a difficult time identifying them, let alone finding a reference for their value. Bottom, Great Mongols, temp. Ogedei, 624-639h/ 1227-1241, broad AE dirham, Samarqand, date illegible. Album B1979. Central inscription in Persian continuing from one side to the other, "in Samarqand and the environs of this city / whosoever does not carry (accept) this coin will be a sinner".
