Whoops. You've got two pictures of the reverse.

I believe it's from Taiwan but likely may be corrected.

It's 5 yuan from Taiwan, made in 1984.
I don't think they carry a high value, as they're pretty common. I have several from a foreign coin lot that I've had for a while now.
