Nope. The date has pushed over metal, caused by taking a well placed hit. On the reverse, "EPU" was Struck Through Grease a little bit. Although, it's not enough to add a premium over face value. http://www.error-ref.com/struck-thr...-grease-oil/

No doubling is seen except circulation damage with dings and scratches, it shows a very worn die effects on devices.

Also die state mixed in. Looks like a LDS moving towards VLDS when your coin was struck.

Looks like a combo of PMD, a LDS, and a minor Grease Filled Die.
