There is very little left of this corroded coin. It came in a batch of late Roman coins purchased from a metal detectorist in the Balkans. It appears that it never had lettering of any kind. The reverse has a slim wreath, with what might be floral designs inside? The obverse, again with no lettering, seems to look something like a Russian or Austrian imperial eagle. Wherever it came from, it must have been in the ground a long time. Anyone have any thoughts?

Not ancient, a 1 or 2 heller from Austria:

Funny how environmental factors can do this to a coin in a century, while ancient coins can be found in such pristine condition!

I agree that it is a 2 Heller.
That being the case, it cannot be ancient.
