Yea, I know it's a Caribou, but this is a reverse I could really relate to on Canadian coins.

First canadian quarter I've received in change.

Little blurry, had to take the pic in a hurry. I've a 2 year old with me during the day and it didn't take long to figure out coins, computor and a child don't mix.

I love the look and simplicity of Canadian coins with the goose, beaver and caribou.

They can say what thety want about the caribou. It has been around a long time. But, if it were uop to me to decide, I would go for the RCMP! I remember as a kid, when movies were balck and white, and many had legends, or captions, but they were movies. I have always admired the RCMP, and although I have never been to Canada, I have always had a warm feeling for Her. (I got close once, while in Montana, but I was only along for the ride, (and to help drive)). Most enjoyable trip! One day, I will make the trip. Someone else will have to help drive, I'm afraid. I might not be able, . It would be a good chance to get a box of cents, and nickels, too! Anybody going North?
