I have a 1946 Nickel and it's extremely damaged. I can't tell if this is a doubled die, and I thought someone could let me know if it is. I don't see anything but it never hurts to ask.

The devices are worn down with circulation. Not a doubled die. Here is what to look for on doubled dies on reverses of Jefferson nickels:
