Carry it in your pocket for a week and you will see the tops of the devices will start turning silver. (original color) If this were a coppercoin, then the it would not change. Also if it were a copper nickel, thn some of the devices would be falling over the edges of coin:

That's the exact color of nickels I find metal detecting that have been in the ground for awhile
