This is the shiniest '65 I have ever seen... which makes me think that it has been cleaned? What are signs that a coin has been cleaned aside from it being "clean"

Also, "L" in Liberty has practically disappeared into the collar... and IGWT/Date looks thick to me?

This was caused by a worn die issue ( Die Deterioration). It's common and doesn't add value.

some times people don't take the coins out of their pockets ,and they get washed .( laundry products) will clean a coin like new , good luck and happy hunting
