nickelsearcher Moderator United States 15485 Posts	Posted 04/08/2019 6:54 pm to the CCF. Your coin has experienced some poor treatment known as post-mint damage ( PMD). It did not leave the mint that way and someone caused the damage. We could be more helpful in our assessment if you take the time to crop the coin images so we can view more coin and less background.
