That's a GREAT example, no gas bubbles, attractive toning and lots of luster. Some obverse spots and few minor ticks in the right field. The reverse has a few minor ticks and typical strike weakness in STATES....which is also refected on the obverse, bottom of the bust. Also some normal flatness in the hair. I'm betting it has good eye appeal.

Not worth trying for a TPG unless you think it can pull a 68 or 69. A 67 is a $25 coin, far less than the grading fees. I don't bother unless I have a $200+ dollar coin.
