We need to see a wider shot of the obverse and reverse. If it were a MAD, the rim would not be present on the edge area: Also the reverse would be normal as noted int eh above image.
To me looks like a tilted die issue that created a fin on your coin. Note that the fin was flattened inwards during circulation: The fin is usually very thin and can flatten even during the coin wrapping process, flattening it. The ones to keep is the ones with the fin. But sometimes the fin is from a strong strike: Not caused by a tilted die. But that is what a see so far. CoopHome : Tilted, fin, strong strike
