I can't remember if that's what this is called. Anyway, is there any value in these types of errors? And when an error is so obvious do people still have them slabbed? ( if its valuable enough )

Check ebay sold for values,but I doubt if it is worth slabbing.Remember a coin has to have a minimum retail value of $100 to justify slabbing.

I bought it at my local coin shop a while ago with some other coins, but now I don't really know what to do with it, if It has any value I'll probably sell it to buy more wheaties:)

They are worth a lot more with dates. So if your buying an off center coin, keep this in mind.
