I picked this coin up slabbed. Wanted to see how others would grade it to see if it matches up with the slab. I bought the coin not the slab so I am curious. And what would a fair price be for this coin in the grade you believe it to be? Thank you!

Values for coins are a combination of both grade and eye appeal. While I agree with a 64 numerical grade, the eye appeal is very low at 2/10. This is going to be a tough coin to sell for anything but a bargain price.

Photos are out of focus and coin is poorly lit - rendering a technical grade is impossible with these images. That said - no obvious signs of wear so MS something.

Concur with the comments on eye appeal - the splotchy toning limits the population of collectors who would enjoy such an example and hopefully resulted in a reduced cost upon your acquisition.

I was thinking 65, but the negative eye appeal would lower what I would be willing to pay for this one.

Nicely clean reverse shields ; a usual faltering point for these coins.
