1989 Philadelphia Minted Cent...ddr?

Hello community my name is Ronald Gores I'm 53 years old and I've been a coin/currency collector for quite some time. I have an assortment of coins and paper currencies, but my favorite is the Lincoln Cent. One day, while coin roll searching, I came across an unusual 1989 philly which has doubling on the left side of the memorial. I have tried several times to upload the image to this site but I was unable to shrink the image to 300k even with the sites optimizer. I found an app which allows me to do that on my iPhone. So with that said I will try again to post the image. I think you for your time and I hope the image uploads, if not then I will try again at a later time.

I can't quite see what you might be referring to.

Looks like it might be a split plating issue. This happens on the outside columns on the building and above the devices near the rims:

to CCF, I'm not seeing anything on those photos I think coop is right you're probably seeing split plating

When I zoom in on it...looks like Machine Doubling to me (99% sure) to CCF...have fun,happy hunting and good luck on future finds
