I don't think I can help you with a grade, but on that first coin, the guy looks like a troll and I love it.

On UK grading system I would give VF on the 1817 halfcrown, but any grading company would also comment "Cleaned". The 1902 Crown I would give EF with Edge knocks. Sheldon would probably give 1 to 2 grades higher.
