The Queen looks quite bird like here with a beady eye and a beak. Interesting looking EF40.

It's a Halloween Vicky. She scared me!

In terms of grade, I'm in VF-land. The top knot, hair between the ear and the diadem, pearls on the diadem, and upper jewels show too much loss of detail to make EF. I pause a little on VF-35, mainly because of the wear on the jewels, but that could be a strike quality issue, too.
