Another ID Request - Greek Bronze With Jupiter Or Cupid Riding Goat

Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 11/11/2019 09:31 am I have another unidentified Greek bronze. It is an AE-19 and weighs 3.75 grams. There is a bearded head, facing right on the obverse. The reverse has a figure, I would guess either a young Jupiter or Cupid, sitting on a goat. There are partial legends on both sides but I cannot decipher them. Once again, any attribution help would be appreciated. Thanks! Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 11/11/2019 10:51 am That is certainly possible about the type of animal. Unfortunately, it's a coin with issues. The raised hand on the figure seated on the horse/goat/whatever, has his hand raised which made me think of similar reverse designs with a young Jupiter or Cupid seated on a goat.
