OK Guys This Might Be An Old Roman? Coin. Not Sure At All!! Help (Id: Spanish Colonial Repro)

It's a very, very crude copy, in brass, of a Spanish colonial coin - that's clearly the Bourbon Spanish lions-and-castles coat-of-arms, with the Spanish pillars-and-scrolls on either side, and there appears to be a somewhat blundered name of king Ferdinand VII. However, the long hair and headband is rather novel, and gives the coin a rather "ancient Persian" look. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis Report this Post to the Staff
