I'd like to add that I'm really big on the Lincoln centa. More so the 40's era. I'm a big WWII BUFF. I it has to do with that decade I'm all over it. I've always been a collector but did know it. I'd hold on to coins simply because they were vintage. Due to a recent ilnes in the family I e had to stay home. Well because of that my interest I. coins pennies more than anything else has sky rocketed. All the older pennies I held on to just because they were old ended being a part of my life and learning the history about what I have has been knowledgably rewarding for me. Thank you.
Rest in Peace

To CCF , Interesting about your love for coins dated in the 40's . Many nice ones were struct during WWII .
Steel Cents , 35% silver Jefferson's , the beautiful Mercury dime ,The lowly Washington quarter , and the Gorgeous Walking Liberty half .

I've always liked the story behind the shell case cents.

to CCF...In regards to your forum name...remember and remind friends and family if/when they wear sandals or "flip flops" always apply sunscreen to your feet. Many forget/ignore that area while applying sunscreen to their legs/body.
