Not immediately seeing any doubling. Could you tell us where you see it, and perhaps provide a close up, high resolution photo of the area or item in question? Thanks.

I too am not seeing any doubling. This looks like just another normal cent. Perhaps better photos would help us out? Both sides, plus close-up of question areas is what we need. Plus, did you try searching within CCF's pages for answers? A search box is locate at the top left of every CFF page., give it a try! Lot's of answered to be found therein!
