This is what happens when an auction venue permits the sellers to create their own auction descriptions. This, and a popular website that lets you enter your 8-digit serial number to get a "Coolness Factor" number. Sellers see a high coolness factor and think they've struck it rich. The seller's note serial number has a coolness factor of 97.7%.

to this post (and many previous posts), I have never understood the premium value in a serial number - simply based on the actual number itself. it is clearly a sequince of consecutive numbers...

that said - I have saved some bills that have numbers that I "like", but certienly am NOT willing to pay any premium to obtain.

by the way - some serial numbers are very goo for "liars" poker...

just saying...
