I never got any confirmation of success. no mint email, but I just checked my card as a long shot, holding out hope, and it shows the charge. Maybe I got it in somehow. At this point, I don't know how to tell if I did or not.

OK, that was another painful, yet ultimately successful, experience.

I had two separate tabs open in my browser, one for the Peace dollar and one for the Morgan. At exactly 12:00 EDT I refreshed and clicked the button on each tab to add the coin to my bag. And then, of course, I had to deal with the new rigmorole of playing "find the truck" in order to prove I wasn't a robot.

I was finally able to verify my humanity with the Morgan dollar and submitted it to my cart, and then I decided to just go head and complete the checkout for that coin rather than waiting for the Peace to be added, just in case things crashed. So I went through the whole checkout process and hit the final "confirm order" button and then went back to the Peace dollar tab.

The Peace dollar tab, however, was showing a "Bad Gateway" error. I kept refreshing to no avail and finally closed the tab and went back to the main Mint webpage to start all over again. After a few tries, I was able to access the Peace dollar page and prove my humanity once again (took me awhile to realize that this time I needed to identify the airplanes instead of the trucks) and add it to my cart. But my cart now showed both the Peace and the Morgan dollar for some reason, despite the fact that I had already purchased the Morgan dollar. Or had I? I was just about to remove the extraneous Morgan dollar from my cart when I thought I had better double-check.

So, I checked the other tab and discovered a blank screen with no confirmation message. Lovely. So I guess my order didn't go through after all.

Back to the Peace dollar tab and I managed to make it through the checkout process for the two coins. I immediately got an alert from my credit card company that my card had been charged, I then got to the confirmation page, and I then got an email from the mint confirming the order. So hopefully all is good now...

While I have order confirmations for all the coins and they are on my order history, I'm only shooting fireworks when they are in my hands.

In the end this turned out exactly as I expected (which was spending more money than I planned).

Congrats to all that got the coins you wanted! I for one am happy the mint decided to release these! and considering the response looks like a lot of other people are happy also!

Same here. Too many variables in play to count them in hand. Plus, they still have to run the gauntlet of dishonest USPS delivery folks in my town...

Got 3 Peace no problem. Then tried for 3 Morgans. Took ten to twelve fails but went through. Whew.

I was able to get 3 of each today with a lot of frustration, like everyone else had. My heart was pumping hard for some reason. I think I was finished at about 12:12. I put the requests in two separate orders. Despite people's complaints, the Mint did do a better job from my perspective. First time I didn't get anything. Second and third time, I got what I wanted. And I really only wanted the Peace dollar so I have a few bonus Morgans as well. However, it seems this could all be avoided by simply putting these sales on enrollment. Offer 1 for enrollment. More for the first day of the sale (e.g., 3). Then even more after that (e.g., 10). If enrollments exceed mintage then have a lottery to see who gets one. With this strategy, everyone in the world doesn't have to log into the Mint's website at the same time. I have enrollments on the ASE's and I don't even have to worry about it.

Like many here, I had far more problems than last week, but I eventually got both about 20 minutes in. (Last week, it worked on the first attempt...)

I was done and confirmed by 12:04. I use Chrome. 3 Morgans when right through by 12:01. Then I went for 3 Peace, had "bad gateway", then reenter CC CCV twice, then confirmed at 12:03. Those of you who had major issues, do you have an ordering account/history with the Mint? I have an account and all my payment and shipping info was there and ready, no issues with that.

I found today's experience to be the worst of all the high demand sales in the last few years. But I'm thankful I was able to get at least one of each of the six coins, Morgans and the Peace.

Before last weeks two coin AGE set I never had anything to prove I was human. The lowered household limits probably helped a lot of us.

I guess I'm a unicorn, I got one of each within three minutes with no glitches at all, just using Microsoft Edge and a fast connection. The last two times were stressful, but today the order sailed through.

I finally got through using Firefox browser with fiber optic connection. I began at noon and finally got my order about 12:15 EST after many failed attempts. I did not ever get the "Are you a Human" screen though. I wonder why some of us got that prompt and some did not?

I almost committed a fatal error. Forgot to login to my account prior to the sale. Was able to get 1 of each though at 12:10 after multiple attempts to checkout.

I'm probably going to get blowback on this but.......so many people here complain about the "big guy" having an advantage during these limited sales, how it's not fair, the little guy doesn't have a chance etc. So why does it seem like the majority of people posting here are describing how they ordered more than one of each? I know some are buying for friends or children/grandchildren, but I think many are just looking to turn their purchases over to make a profit. What about all of those who couldn't get even one? Perhaps a look in the mirror? Ready for my flaming.

Yeah I agree. The rarer that a mint release is, the more what I just bought is now worth. It should be hard; otherwise, there isn't enough demand to make it more valuable than the release price. In the last two rounds, I've essentially doubled $500 twice with an average of 10 minutes of effort each time--and so have many others here. Can't complain too hard about that...

I think the people who are frustrated are those who insist on collecting all of the different varieties, and I can understand the frustration from that perspective. But I myself have no such desire. I just want to buy stuff that will be worth more than keeping cash, and the mint has actually been pretty great for that so far this year.

So what if I want 3 of each coin? With how hard the first set was, cc and o, some people are buying what they can to be able to trade for the ones they are missing. A good example of this is ordering extra of the D/S coins to be able to swap with the P/Peace if you know you cant focus on ordering these coins today.
Plus another reason is that there are some people that want to be able to pass this set on and not have to split the set.
And some others want to be able to make a quick profit, or like myself I want to offset what the set cost for me.
I didnt go and buy 10 CC or O though. I was able to get at least 2 of everything though. The 'big guy' you hear us talk about is usually dealers that are able to order larger quantity of these coins before they even hit the market for consumers/collectors like us.
Or they want to chase that MS70 set and the best way to do that without paying for a ms70, is to submit a few coins for grading hoping one comes back ms70.

Either way, we are allowed to order these for ourselves and what we do with them is up to the owner. Just be glad the HH limit wasnt 25 like it originally was... That would have sucked...
Best way to combat this is to lower the HH limit.
