Looking for some advice/pointers on what to do once I have a "coolness percentage". Where do I go to find out how much it would be worth so I can sell it?

Came up as 91% for me: http://www.coolnumbers.com/crunch.asp

I don't see anything special with the serial number, a spender for me.

It would be a spender if it were mine.

I would find a better barometer. The Coolness Index is probably responsible for 75% of the worthless notes up for auction on ebay. Coolness does not necessarily equate to value.

I think it would grade VF.
And, of course, it's a star note.
If you don't have more star notes, keep it as a "show-and-tell" item.
Otherwise free it back into circulation.

Coolness factor has nothing to do with retail value. Your note is a spender due to condition.

I have to agree. A fun find and you can keep if you like it, but when it comes time to sell, just spend it.
