1998-D LMC With Questionable Points Of Interest

first off on the Obverse I noticed the #8 in the date, then the pic of the MM I noticed the bottom legs of the #'s 9, then the collar.
Then on the Reverse is the statue, if you do an overlay with same image & move it left the shoulders & legs match the markings in left pillar & lastly there is the designers initials.

you dont see seperation lines in the bottom of 9's & designers initial G?
