It looks pretty good; at least, it's not an obvious forgery. I'd give it an EF-40 for detail, possibly EF-45 if there is some luster remaining. Color looks OK and I don't see evidence of harsh cleaning.
Forgeries are a big problem with Trade dollars and some fakes are extremely deceptive. You should at least check the weight on this one; a genuine coin starts out at 27.22 grams and this should be close given the small amount of wear. Personally, I would only purchase a Trade dollar that was graded by PCGS, NGC, or ANACS, or else was guaranteed by a dealer I trusted. If I owned a raw coin like this I would invest the grading fee to have it authenticated.
