1986 P Memorial Cent Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?

Yorkish Valued Member United States 255 Posts	Posted 02/24/2021 5:39 pm Good afternoon everyone! I got to looking through some more pocket change and I found this 1986 Penny. I thought maybe it was a DDR for a minute, but a quick search yielded no known varieties. I'm still not convinced that it's not a DDR, so I figured I'd best post it here and see what you guys think. Some of the doubling (like the top right corner of the memorial and on the T in UNITED) looks almost like damage as opposed to actual doubling, but I'm still too inexperienced to be able to make the call. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/24/2021 7:24 pm Looks like a higher bounce of Machine Doubling. Just affected the tops of the devices. Why is this not a doubled die? The devices are the normal sizes, but ticked on the tops of the devices. This could be ejection doubling? (Another form of Machine Doubling, caused by ...
