Does anyone know if they made a slight change in the size of our money sometime in 2017? I keep finding notes in different denominations that are slightly larger than other years.

I just did a quick check on 2013, 2017 and 2017A notes and they all appear to be identical.

By the way- THE BEP used the Philippine/US Silver Pesos and treasury certs, that they printed from 1903-1944, as a guide for the size of US notes, when they were made smaller. That size was used for our current sized notes we have now.
