I am on the fence with this one... looks a bit like corrosion. I would need better photos of the edge.

Here's is a close capture of the edge. We see more of the metal grain on this one.

i can't really see any signs it was corrosion but will concede if that's the consensus.
I look at it like a cracked planchet it's just this one cracked near the rim leaving it vulnerable to dislodge later. IMO.
