coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/30/2021 4:18 pm The location on the 1990-D cents are on the design of the master die for the Denver dies. So there is no wayward location for a mintmark mark starting for this year. The mintmarks are part of the die process and no longer added starting this year. Just a stain on the coin. It were a mintmark, it would be raised and on the correct area of the dies location for it. Report this Post to the Staff
