I'm not sure if this is a die cap, lamination, or what but I can see the d/s on the obverse between liberty and 1949. It also appears to have copper on the reverse maybe some brockage.

Josh, you've posted a number of coins here with explanations that simply aren't possible. There's no way for isolated design elements to just appear on other parts of the coin (I'm thinking more of some of your other coins here).
As I see it, three things are needed to accurately assess error coins: a thorough understanding of the minting process, spatial reasoning skills, and experience. I recommend that you spend some time reading through http://www.error-ref.com/ to get a sense of how these errors occur and what they look like.

I don't mean to sound blunt; we're just here to educate.

Your coin's alloy appears to be poorly mixed, leaving some copper-rich areas.

I don't disagree with your list of things necessary to prosper in this arena. I genuinely absorb and appreciate every bit of wisdom I receive here. And once again not to disagree because I know how improbable some of my claims are but some of my coins have errors that cannot be explained with accepted methods. These aren't even the ones that I thought would be questioned but I unfortunately can't get my angles and lighting right. I'm staking my name and impression on this so I would make a foolish claim without being sure of what it is. How it happened I can't explain but what I see I can. Thanks for that reference site link. That's one I haven't used yet.

I'm seeing die flow lines and evidence of an older worn-out die with lots of contact marks and damage from circulation.

I'm starting to think Josh Allen might be a bust. Sorry, Bills fans.

Josh, you really need to practice your lighting skills. Once again we have too dark (and too many) photos. In addition to lighting, I believe you have too much contrast in your photos. This can be adjusted in your imaging software. I hate to sound like a broken record, but you need to work on your photos off line, and don't post them until they are better than these. You stated you have many error coin, but we have yet to see them, mainly because your photos are way too dark. We are here to help, but we can't help with photos like these.
