I been told this coin might be Theodosius I or Constantinus II, I could not find which one is the right one, some tips about it?

Constantius II and Theodosius I did not issue the GLORIA ROMANORVM with three emperors reverse, only Arcadius, Honorius and Theodosius II. I can make out D N TH on the obverse of your coin, so it has to be Theodosius II...he is the smaller Emperor, in the middle.

Theodosius II. He would have been about 5-7 years old when this coin was issued. Sadly I can't quite read the mintmark.

Neat type! My example (Antioch mint) is upper left on the pics below (sorry for no individual pics).
