I know I think I see alot of stuff AMF I'm always wrong but would this or does this look like the date has been with a large and a small date. I'm just trying to learn

You do not have a large over small date cent, sorry. It's not a DDO either, it is just a normal cent, worth one cent.

Ok ty. then what is this and why is it like that on both the 6 the fatter part of the 6's on the top layer stop shorter than the rest of the 6 the parts that extends farther out is skinnier

There is no such thing as a 1966 cent with a large or small date. They are all the same.
What you have is a normal 1966 cent with damage and worth 1 cent.

A worn out die will create the stacked look you are seeing but it's easy to see lots of thing with a coin this circulated. As the others said, nothing special going on here.
