The strike is weak and grainy surfaces. The coin could be details, but hard to tell from the photos. I am in the VF range.

alright alright Coinfrog. After a second look I'll shift mine down a grade, XF40/45. Really need to see some sharper, less grainy pics.

i agree with those in the weak strike box. the stars, lettering and date are all nicely struck. the surfaces on the obverse are hosed. acid? in any case I think its cleaned maybe XF details.
