Thinking 64 too but that area in the right obverse field below liberty's cap and left of UNUM looks lusterless. Maybe it's lighting, but that area where the luster suddenly stops looks a little strange.

Luster is fairly consistent I think that's a trick of the light.

Maybe MS63. The check and front of the nose is hard to make out.

strike is on point for this year. hard for me to tell if the luster is broken across the cheek area. i'd like to see this one rotating to see if thats the case. the gold toning is nice. overall not a bad coin and appealing to look at. I think its borderline MS64 especially if the luster is all there.

The photo shows all significant marks. It's definitely 65 in terms of hits but I think the slightly subdued luster could hold it back to 64. It's lustrous but not dazzling in hand.
