However, in your future postings, as Coinfrog said, please do supply front and back (obverse and reverse) pictures of your coin and properly oriented, it will help us all in helping you. Your 1984 Philly Quarter is completely normal but has probably suffered some type of abrasive wear down the line. If the devices on this coin appear wider or thicker than normal then this is a result of circulation wear and/or circulation flattening. There are not any known varieties for a 1984 Philly minted Quarter. Report this Post to the Staff
