Looking For Help With A Probus Mint Mark

Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 11/04/2021 11:21 am I have a Probus antoninianus with a mint mark I can't seem to find in my older copy of RIC. The reverse is RESTITVT ORBIS with design of a woman presenting a wreath to Probus. The mint mark is XXI . II and there is no star in the reverse field. I've looked at all the possibilities for RIC #731-734 (Siscia mint) and nothing seems to match. Any possibility with a dot after the XXI has a star in the reverse field. Could this be an unlisted variant or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Paul Bulgerin Report this Post to the Staff
