It has a thin Rim on Obverse side .And the Planchette weights 5.54 the coin has all details and looks new.and it has a all copper Reeding need info please

Weight is within tolerance, seems like a normal quarter in every way.

I can see a VERY thin line of the cladding on the edge. This coin looks normal to me
