Looks ms64 to me. Some dirt? on the reverse perhaps they called it cleaned.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Not the strongest strike, but a super clean cheek. I'd say MS-65.

NGC gave it MS-65 is my guess.

I wouldn't be surprised with a MS63 rating due to spotting and scratches on the reverse. The obverse is clearly the better side.

Since you topic title sates "You Guys Won't Get This One" I'll say the label says MS67.....

I still have it as a very solid high end 65 and even 66 is a possibility...

I'll go MS65 PL. TPG probably graded MS66+ PL but I don't see it too many hits. Probably over graded.
