This is a quarter anna of Jodhpur in the name of George VI/Umaid Singh, KM#142, VS 1996 (AD 1939) date off flan

The top photo needs to be rotated 180 degrees, and keep in mind that for hand-struck coins the striking positions on the flan vary.

I would have replied sooner, but the following day my 1 month old modem shut down. Had to wait for the replacement to arrive... grrr. Anyways, thanks again.
