This is a quarter anna of Jodhpur in the name of George VI/Umaid Singh, KM#142, VS 1996 (AD 1939) date off flan https://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=266085 The top photo needs to be rotated 180 degrees, and keep in mind that for hand-struck coins the striking positions on the flan vary.
