Is this DDO? Or Machine Doubling? It's seems strange that the lettering flairs at the end?

When I look at the letters and the numbers on the coin first thing I see is Die Deterioration Doubling. If there's doubling on Jefferson's face then I don't know what that is.

The tip of Jefferson's nose has an interesting feature--suggests a minor lamination issue, perhaps. Would like to see the coin in-hand (but that's not happening...).
