Anyone Have Any Ideas How This Occurred (No Date Nickel)

panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18738 Posts	Posted 07/30/2022 1:07 pm This nickel appears to have been ground down when you look at the obverse, when you look closely at it though its clean cut all the way around and when you see the reverse its fully intact. any ideas how this occurred and is it a mint error.
