I would call it a series 2013 $1 bill. It's just a spender.

Some collect these, but they are very common, especially in circulated condition as here.

I would call it "interesting".
The best part about collecting modern, $1 circulated notes is that it only cost you a buck to set aside a note you find interesting. Down the road, if push comes to shove and you need some ready cash, spend it with no regrets.

Pro Tip - Most serious Fancy Serial Number collectors don't use the term Trinary.

I agree. I like it for a $1, but would spend if I really needed to do so.
