While it may be a Grease Filled Die strike, I'm not sure. It's not showing the surfaces usually seen on a Grease Filled Die strike and the rims don't seem overly deep either. The weak area is centered, where grease is usually pushed to the outside of the die. Also the shape of the bust of Lincoln seems to be reflected in the weakness on the reverse.

Can you check the weight of the coin? It may have been struck on a slightly underweight planchet.

Not a Greaser. As Yoko said, just a common area on the Lincoln series that needs a lot of metal to fill in the obverse, so it takes it from the reverse. You will find it in every year from 1909 to 2008.
